The EBA Show

Was very pleassed with the sucsses of the EBA show even tho we didnt do so much publicity for but still our freind and frinds of freinds turned up for what was a treriffic evening. And after 4 weeks of crazyness with moving and cannabis cup and a few partys here and there, I finally finished my 4 canvases 3 of which i decided to use some of the latest large one i have done but i also decided to just do a new one for it. Along with Karma83 and ODN and recylight we turned the usall cocktail bar into a a festive evening.

EBA show 5th December

Many moons ago a freind come to me with an idear to have a small show in a cocktail bar here in Amsterdam, after comin up with idear after idear it got to be a long prosses so it went to the back of my mind. Then after a long period we decided to get it togther and the month just seem to fly past and befor we knew it it was 5 days befor the show and we still havent done any flyers or anything so again sorry for yet another blog being behind the dates shown on the flyer.(if there are people checkin this then i will say now the next one will be ontime so you will know to come.

Roller girl

This is a new stencil and it shall be called "roller girl" again another one layerd stenciljust under 2meters in lenght, this was such a long cut it drove me crazy, i dont think i have had to do as much cutting as this befor.

Getto Girl

New stencil on the block, This one i call Getto girl so i now have a girlfreind to go with getto boy. fell very happy with this one agin size is around 110cm x 70cm.

New Stencils

I have been a busy little beaver in the last couple of weeks as you can see, these are two new stencils that i have done, both single layer but one is nearly 3 meters tall and 1,50 wide and its a photoshopped image of a sexy lady with a marker.







the second image is a very pretty lady this is 1,50 tall and 1 meter wide again in single layer.
both took lots of hours cuttin and lots of space on my front room floor so it was a case of treading carefully.

Paint session

Was introduced to a man called cracked ink last week through a mutual freind, he is origanly from the Uk but has moved over to new zeland in the last few years. So it was only custo to go and have a paint session while he was here. was a pefrect day really through all the rain there was a day of light and this day was the day we decided to go paint. the result was excellent and what a good day. six of us painted in total seemed to be a bit of a jam session.

The Show

Well it was a exellent day lots of people turned out for all 3 of the events over the day, so it was a sucsses so it was all worth it in the end. The first crowed we had was at the umbrella part of the show with the custom umbrellas from all walk of life from all over the world. This was followed by a walk with the umbrellas to the gallery were we had the XStreets exabition A large crowed also turned up for the opening (maybe cause of the free booze) the was a nice speach and a poem read by Karma. then after this was off to the 301 to party like crazy and we did indeed with a line up like freddie brazil , Dj Koldun, DIE SCHALLPLATTENPOLITZEI Dutch and swizz hiphop acts and then finshed by Dj4way.

Xstreets show

I have been very lazy on updateing this blog of myn so i havent been puttin anything on here about the first show i will be in as part of the Xstreets. As part of the show Ivesone and myself decidid to put our heads and our hands together and create a instulation of a crash invloving a bike and a car and the police, after much horseing around and a lote of crap spoken between us it came down to us running out of time, typical always think you have enought time and then bang three two weeks befor my holiday and we finally pulled our fingers out and got on with it here's some of the pitures of the progession

Spain 08

It's that time of year when everyone needs a holiday and for me its this time, with the run our to our first show with the Xstreets we need a well earned break in the sun so off to spain we went, we decided not to do much on this holiday apart from sit in the sun and chill and this is all we did apart from take picture and put up a few odd stickers from some of the other collective members. there was some really nice graffiti goin on out in spain but not very much streetart so next time i wiol be goin armed to the bone with some nice stuff to decorate the streets there heres just some of the pictures there are lots more on both my flickr accounts

this was the peice we painted that we painted for the guy at bar sioux nice guy and a nice place to drink the guy as so pleased with the result and it was very nice to do it, you can tell who done the male and who done the female

Free art friday

haveing a few spare bits of wood around ives and myself thought that we would make some pieces of free art to leave on the streets this friday. so there we be some lucky people who will find these on their way to work on friday morning.

Combo work with ivesone

Been busy with lots of projects over the last month but took so long to finish any of them but last night we finely finished the first of many past up combos with Ivesone.

New stencils

Today I have managed to finish the second of two stencils that are for a place but not 100% sure that they are going to be used. The first is of Janis Joplin and the second is of Keith Richards.






As I had some wood lying around I decided to make a quick peice for Free Art Friday, so this will be left on the streets of amsterdam tonight for some lucky boy or girl to find.
