New stencils

Today I have managed to finish the second of two stencils that are for a place but not 100% sure that they are going to be used. The first is of Janis Joplin and the second is of Keith Richards.

As I had some wood lying around I decided to make a quick peice for Free Art Friday, so this will be left on the streets of amsterdam tonight for some lucky boy or girl to find.

Umbrellart 2008 Basel Let it Rain

Another reason for us being in Basel was for another part in the umbrellart line of shows. This was held in The Rollbar; half skate shop, half bar with a nice little ramp down in the basment but unfortunately i didnt have much time to session it. The show was another success and had a nice turn out over the weekend.

for more pictures from the show and more on Umbrellart the check it here http://www.flickr.com/photos/umbrellart

Basel 2008

Basel was straight rockin! It was a crazy road trip to have and it will be the first of many. Not only was it the show but it was also the football and the city was full of dutch supporters and the sun and the temperature was sky high.

We turned the trip into a little road trip, it took a lot of hours and wasnt a very big car, but we all had good fun, stopping in laybys so was a very good excuse to get some combo slaps goin up. So next time you pull over be sure to keep your eyes peeled!

So this was the weekend I was asked to be part of the Xstreet Collective which i am very proud to be a part of, so thank you XStreets for inviting me into the family.

The show was a success and was really nice to see how much work was sent and there was to display.

Big thanks to the guys down there in Basel for putting a good show on and showing us the city.
